National sales manager –Yale

Location:            Shanghai

Report to:          GM for DM

Responsibility: 

  1. Be responsible for Yale brand sales target.
  2. Plan the Yale brand business and control the budget well.
  3. Identify market opportunities in new sales channels, and evaluate it.
  4. Work out strategy effectively to penetrate to the new channel with high potential.
  5. Integrate the resources to satisfy the new customer needs.
  6. Improve the sales efficiency in related area with the help of regional sales manager
  7. Set up business relationship with new customers and enhance it.
  8. Dedicate to e-commerce online store and retail stores development.
  9. Work with PM closely to develop new products for new channel.
  10. Support the other sales team if needed.

Requirements: 

  1. At least 10 years’ of experience with hardware sales – including proven track record of sales and growth through distributors, including solid sales management experience.
  2. Experience from the automation industry – or a similar industry.
  3. University degree in relevant area.
  4. Very good English - communicate in English (orally as well as written) without misunderstandings.
  5. A good leader who can motivate and develop internal team members as well as distributors.
  6. A good communicator, excellent teamwork skills, Solution oriented, Structured.
  7. Self-driven and self-motivated.
